Familie. Barka kehrt zurück nach Afrika, gründet auch eine Familie und wird später Minister. Während einer
Dienstreise in Deutschland begegnet Barka seinem ehemaligen Freund. Daraus entstehen zuerst ein fruchtbarer
Gedankenaustausch und später ein Briefwechsel über Fragen wie Heimat.

Referent*in: Constant KPAO SARÈ ist Germanist und Romancier, lebt im westafrikanischen Land Bénin und
lehrt deutsche Literatur an der Universität Abomey-Calavi. Er ist 1974 in Djougou (Bénin) geboren.
