Part of the American Days 2018
Patchwork and quilts are an important part of American tradition and cultural identity. These elaborate pieces of needlework fascinate and give us insight into history and values. During this morning session, the Baltimore Beauties – a German-American quilting bee – demonstrate a variety of traditional techniques that are still used today to create beautiful quilts. Everyone who’d like to try their hand at quilting is cordially invited to join!
FREE ADMISSION.
